For more than 30 years, I worked as a nurse, supporting people through some of life's most challenging moments. Along the way, I witnessed how ongoing stress, emotional overwhelm, and life's experiences can affect not only our physical health, but our overall sense of wellbeing.

My background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture deepened this understanding. It taught me that healing isn't always about doing more or fixing what's wrong. Sometimes, it's about creating the space for the body to restore balance in its own way.

When I discovered this gentle Mind Body Spirit Release™ approach, it felt like the missing piece I'd been searching for. Today, I combine my healthcare experience with this compassionate approach to support people who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.

My intention is to create a calm, supportive space where you can let go of what you've been carrying and reconnect with the calm, clarity, and wellbeing that's already within you.
